Just FYI, John Schwandt’s annual “Holiday Pipes” concert will be streamed live tonight from the homepage of the University of Oklahoma’s School of Music at http://music.ou.edu/Multimedia/ouaudio.html . Prelude/Postlude music is being performed by other organists on the Fisk in Gothic hall. I believe the stream starts at 7.30pm (Central), and will switch over to the Möller at 8pm, then back to the Fisk immediately following. The concert always features Dr. Schwandt improvising on submitted themes, an audience sing-along with traditional carols. This year the University Choir is joining him for a hilarious rendition of the Twelve Days of Christmas. If you can’t be there, be virtually there!
